A Property
That Consumes Less
and Supports More.

Our hospitality model goes beyond carbon offsets and linen cards. For us, sustainability means integration: with the neighborhood, with the environment, and with the people who bring the property to life. We prioritize fair pay, local sourcing, long-term wellbeing, and intelligent design — not as a trend, but as a responsibility. Our systems consume less. Our operations give more. Quietly, consistently, and without compromise.

Architecture That Conserves

From rooftop solar panels and energy-efficient heat pumps to high-performance thermal insulation, THE NIXON is designed to reduce operational load from the inside out. The building breathes with natural cross-ventilation, while the Zen Garden and water elements passively cool the microclimate. Every window, tap, and lighting system contributes to long-term efficiency — without sacrificing comfort or calm.

Materials With Integrity

We used only sustainable construction practices, sourcing eco-certified materials across every finish: FSC-certified woods, low-VOC paints, durable surfaces, and biodegradable adhesives. Interiors are free of single-use plastics and feature custom furnishings crafted locally with long-term resilience in mind. Our commitment extends to operation: biodegradable cleaning agents, zero plastic waste in amenities, and certified laundry partners with reduced water and energy use.

Responsibility Beyond the Walls

We’ve built a long-stay model that reduces waste and turnover — while offering flexibility to skip housekeeping or reuse linens. Breakfast is sourced locally, supporting the region and minimizing transport emissions. We provide EV charging on-site and work exclusively with electric or hybrid transfers. Internally, we follow fair pay, safety, and DEI policies to support a sustainable team culture alongside sustainable operations.
